Collected from Indians of Canada, mostly from Saskatchewan and Manitoba by the late James A. Head (donor's uncle) between 1881 and 1896.
Part at the time of Reid's Rebellion, 1884.
Mr Head lived near an old Siuox trail at "Rapid City" Manitoba.
