- In Hudson 1987 the author notes that 13 of these 14 arrows form parts of four distinct sets, as laid out below, while one arrow, VAN,24.n is from the North West Coast and not associated with the others.
VAN,24.b, f-h, j and m are in Set 11 with VAN,22.i and VAN,23.a-b, VAN,24.c-e are in Set 13, VAN.24.a, i and k are in Set 14 and VAN,22.l is in Set 12 with VAN,25.e-f. Together these form part of Group C, which was likely collected in northwest California, perhaps from the Hupa, Yurok or Tolowa.
