Beadwork hat ornament; ?glass beads woven onto fibre. Consists of white rectangular panel; made up of horizontal bands of rows of beads strung vertically, with double row of beads at each long edge and in centre. Central hour-glass shaped motif in green, blue, black, pale blue, yellow and pink from outer edge to centre; flanked on either side by inward-facing arrow shapes made up of squares of four orange beads. Rear metal safety pin, and metal rod running horizontally through rear centre.

- Because of duplicate photos, Jolles catalogue is out of sequence: this object corresponds with the Jolles' collection number 207. Jolles notes is worn on side and top of hat by married and old women. NB. Jolles notes this is a replacement piece; it does not match photo given in Jolles notes.
