Rug ? made of wool and cotton. Border has geometric patterns, similar patterns fill centrally placed stepped design. Human and animal figures, plants and geometric designs, in blue, purple, green, yellow and pink, arranged in horizontal lines, fill remaining areas. Base colour of rug is red. One short edge is fringed with twisted red-dyed and cream-coloured cotton threads, other short edge is oversewn with cotton thread. Long sides of rug are oversewn twice.

- This cloth has been artificially aged with sulphur in order to make the bright colours of the wool more subdued; one corner has been missed.
