Rectangular ceramic box (a) and five-sided lid (b). Box has narrow rim inside to support lid. Ivory underglaze inside box and on base and inside lid. Box painted with background blue-green enamel, mihrab forms painted inside with floral motifs in blue, yellow and blue-green; outlines in black. Lid painted with floral and geometric patterns in blue, yellow, red and blue-green, outlined in black.
