Wheel-thrown flat ceramic plate with shallow wide ring foot. Plate has overall white underglaze. Front surface painted with blue enamel; decorated with band of incised and embossed motifs around rim and central incised motif of fibula (brooch). Details painted in black. Inscription on base.
