A large stool, "kogo", carved out of a single, rectangular piece of cottonwood, "komo". - Curator's comments
- Eth. Doc. notes: "This is a "stool of new wife" larger than an ordinary stool. When a new wife enters her husband's house she sits on this outside for three days. Both she and the stool are painted with camwood. This stool was painted with camwood for the 1986 Nggwun festival."
