Human-faced mask made of wood, hollowed out behind. Pronounced nose and eyes; ears set at right angles to temples, both are pierced. Mouth is open revealing row of wood teeth; both lips are pierced, upper lip has iron ring inserted. Chin bears series of vertical scarification marks, similar marks on forehead above nose. Hair indicated by raised section on cap of mask, incised with narrow lines. Mask pierced in several places inside rim for attachmet to wearer, also two prominent holes directly above ears.
