- Af1950,36.1 to 39 were purchased from Dr S F Nadel for a total of £10 10s. The objects are recorded as having been collected by him from the Nupe between 1934 and 1938, apart from nos.35 and 36 which are Fulani (though also purchased in Bida), and nos.37 to 39 which come from the Sudan or Egypt.
