- Af1949,25.1 to 9 were given by the missionary Rev. Geoffrey Parrinder and relate to his book on 'West African Religions' (1948). Nos.1 to 8 come from Dahomey (Republic of Benin) where he made the collection between 1943-6 (see his biography).
Nos.1 to 2 are Ga [Gu], nos.3 to 8 are Fon.
