- Curator's comments
- Af1938,0315.1 to 5 were given as ceramics by T P O'Brien, who had collected them "from the banks of the Muzigi River on the Hoima to Fort Portal Road, near the road bridge" in Uganda. The register has a later addition to record that with the exception of no.3, all were made by "dung bettles (Heliocopris, probably colossus Bates), the balls enclosing dung for larval food".
