Head-dress (with mask): composed of 13 plain woven cotton narrow strips: light and dark blue warps and wefts producing a dog tooth pattern: narrow strips hand sewn together selvedge to selvedge made of cotton. The mask: eyes, nose, mouth composed of dyed red, green and blue cotton: the face is surrounded by a 'beard' of twisted natural coloured cotton: limbs(?) dyed light blue, dark blue and purple warps and dyed dark blue wefts forming warp stripes edged by natural coloured cotton. Finished by an unworked hem.
