Cloth: mat: plain weave: dyed light and dark blue cotton, bleached white cotton and raffia warps and dyed blue cotton and natural raffia wefts. This combination of warps and wefts is used to create a series of warp stripes in varying widths crossed by groups of weft stripes. The cloth is finished by a fringe of unworked warps.
