- Af1913,0712.1 to 16 is a collection purchased from Lady Smalman Smith, widow of Sir John Smalman Smith, Chief Justice of Lagos, who worked in Nigeria between 1883 and 1895 and was an expert in Yoruba land law. All the objects come from Nigeria. The first three items come from the north of the country: the rest are from the Yoruba in the south.
