Skirt made of paper and vegetable fibre. Skirt consisting of top layer of vegetable (pandanus?) fibre strips, each overlaid and stitched with coloured paper (red, yellow, black, white) to create a series of rectangular designs; bottom layer consists of strips of red paper and undyed vegetable fibre strips. Twisted vegetable fibre tie at one end, and loop at other.
