Two part sewn breech-cloth, constructed of black synthetic textile decorated with 'puffy' paint in white, blue, yellow, red, orange and maroon; with white synthetic fringe along the edge. The front section of the breech cloth has the painted design, the back section of the breech cloth has no painted design, just the black textile and fringe. Part of an ensemble of powwow regalia.
