Related information: This photograph was part of a donation comprising of one box and two albums of photographs. The entire collection is spread between Oc,B133, Oc,A54 and Oc,A55.

Related information: T U Todd was a shell geologist employed by the Netherlands New Guinea Petroleum Company. He worked out of the office in Babo, West Papua, between 1935-1950. His wife donated a series of photographs collected and possibly taken by him, to the British Museum in 1982. The Tropenmuseum hold a collection of photographs taken in West Papua, during the late 1930s/ early 1940s, donated by the Netherlands New Guinea Petroleum Company. The people and places in the Tropenmuseum photographs appear in many of the photographs in the Todd collection, often obviously taken within moments of one another. The Tropenmuseum also hold two photographs of T U Todd with his colleagues.

- Mrs Joanna Todd and her nephew Mr Richard Todd donated one box of photographs and two albums of photographs, taken by Mrs Todd's husband in Dutch New Guinea 1935-1937.
