It is believed that the name of the boat in this photograph is Hygeia and that there is some connection to Madoliana Island. This comes from the inscription on the same page as this image. See Oc,A49.20 Oc,A49.22

There is a variety of identifiable fish, including groupers (family: Epinephelus), boxfish (family: Ostraciidae), squirrel fish (family: Holocentridae), and perhaps blue striped grunt fish (Haemulon sciurus).
