Jones 2 Composition of medal: 94.7% Cu, 1.9% Zn, 1.7% Sn, 1.3% Pb. The flan is cracked above and below the image on the reverse, which is from the same die as registration no. M.2340. The obverse is from a different die, which shows the King wearing a less flamboyant cravat. Bibliography: 1. Mazerolle Varin I no. 48. It is not clear whether this refers to this obverse or the previous one.
