"The cabinet of coins of the Netherlands East Indies contains two specimens of Keicho koban (AD 1601; Jacobs's, p. 67, B104) counterstamped with the rampant lion of Holland (C. Scholten, The Coins of the Dutch Overseas Territories 1601-1948, Amsterdam, 1953, pp. 34 f., pl. 1, no. 10). The second or illustrated counterstamp is upside down."
