Badge made of metal with a material braid.

The medal is in the shape of the Red Cross (red with gold edging), the inscription is in gold on a white background with the symbol of the Red Cross, in a white shield, in the centre. On the bar the inscription is in gold on a red background with the symbol of the Red Cross in a white oval above. White braid, with three red vertical lines, attaches medal and bar.
