Second issue. Young laureate head of Queen Elizabeth II facing to the right.
A full-blown double (Tudor) rose in the centre surrounded by a ring from which spring the national emblems of the other nations of the British Isles - thistles, shamrocks and leeks. One either side of the lowest leek is a pair of initials. Inscription with lozenge stops.
