Cast lead medal with suspension loop. Aftercast.

Bust of an elderly Angelo Cato, tonsured and undraped. Border of large pearls.
(obverse)
Apollo is standing beneath a laurel-tree, he is draped but his left side is bare. With his right hand he places a wreath on his head and with his left he is holding a lyre. Behind the tree is a swan and hanging from a branch a bow and quiver. In field are two bound books with markers hanging from them, underneath the books is a leaf on a long stalk.
