Neptune, riding through the sea on a dolphin, holding in his right hand a trident, reaching with his left to a shipwrecked man. Above, to the left, storm clouds, wind, rain and hail; to the right a rainbow and the sun emerging from clouds. In the distance, to the right a port. Beaded border. (reverse)
