Bust of Lorenzo de Medici facing right placed above an octagonal enclosure of the Choir of the Duomo. Within the enclosure are priests celebrating mass, outside conspirators are seen attacking Lorenzo, below the bust is an inscription. (obverse)

Bust of Giuliano de Medici facing left. He is placed above the Choir of the Duormo where mass is being celebrated, outside conspirators can be seen killing Giuliano, who lies on the ground. Below the bust is an inscription. (reverse)
