Curator's comments
Resumed bronze coinage at this mint is distinguished by the small globe on the obverse. Peace everywhere throughout the Roman world was marked by the closing of the temple of Janus. Historical tradition places this in AD 66 when Tiridates of Parthia came to Rome, but dated coins attest it as early as AD 64.
