Curator's comments
In this coins the obverse legend is not broken, reading PERP with a ligatured AV . One peculiar characteristic is the equal armed cross with the prow or branch beneath the feet that is more stylised than that of 1906,1103.2. The image of eagle on this latter specimen is a much rougher version, particularly in the beak.
