Dish with dragons and inscription
There is an eight-character inscription reading 甲戌春孟趙府造用 (jiaxu chun meng Zhao Fuzao yong ‘Made in the spring of the cyclical year Jiaxu, for the use of Zhao Fuzao’) in a double circle in underglaze blue on the base. The jiaxu year is cyclical every sixty years and thus the dish may be dated to AD 1634.
