Photograph, hanging scroll. Collotype black & white reproduction of a 7th-century wall-painting in distemper in the Kondo (Golden Hall) of Horyuji temple (severely damaged by fire in 1949). Wall no. 9 Pure Land of Miroku, with bodhisattvas, deva kings and arhats. With wooden storage box. One of a set of twelve; of twenty sets produced.
