- Register Slip: 'Purchased (Christy Fund) 1880 (Carl Bock). Java. Sculpture in grey stone. A short stout figure standing with left leg advanced and arms inclined backwards; dressed in short drawers, with two necklaces, large ear plugs, armlets on biceps and wrists; long straight hair. Given to Mr Bock by the Regent of Soerabaija [Surabaya], Java.'
