Amulet with prayer, leaflet, application form and outer packaging; a) outer packaging: white paper sleeve with floral watermark; stamped with orange flower and orange and black Japanese characters on front, orange and black Japanese characters on back; b) amulet made of white textile embroidered with fuchsia and pink flowers and gold Japanese characters; sealed in plastic envelope; c) prayer: white folded paper stamped with orange flower and black Japanese characters on front; wrapped with gold and red ribbon; d) application form: two-part carbonated paper printed with application form for prayer; e) white paper leaflet folded in half and then half again; printed with brown and black Japanese characters.
