Skirt; part of girl and woman's festival costume As.1998.1.196 to 201. Made from cotton, constructed as a tube of cloth. Similar design to banded skirt As.1998.1.197. With curved embroidered floral design, ribbon decoration, black cloth at bottom, pleats held in place with tacking thread.
