Figurine; carved of camphor wood; in the form of man seated on chair on pedestal; pedestal rectangular with rounded corners, painted brown; chair painted brown, pink blanket over back, dragon head painted gold with red mouth at end of each arm; man seated in chair wears gold and red headdress with higher section in back, skin painted brown, white half-moon on forehead, hair and eyebrows black, real hair glued on for moustache, beard and sideburns, lips red, robe black with multicoloured stripes along bottom hem, gold dragons on each knee and centre of chest, holds cream-coloured sceptre in right hand.
