Belum (image of a tew, i.e., malevolent spirit); carved of sago palm pith; male figure, seated cross-legged, five-pointed crown on head, pointed eyelids and cheeks, beard, hands held up to ears, wings on sides and back, bird with head pointing downward carved on back, chest carved with lines ("nyipen jin" [jin teeth] pattern; represents the air spirit Jin Pontianak.
