Woman's festival jacket of black-dyed cotton with a shiny finish, silk embroidered panels on sleeves, shoulders and at back of neck; there is a smaller appliqué panel on the front left, as worn. Down both sides of the front, and extending to the back of the neck, is a narrow, embroidered, woven strip, sewn onto the cloth beneath.
