A man's head-dress; long, thin and rectangular, with loose yarns at each end. Ground made of natural cream tabby (warp dominant) cotton cloth. Towards each warp end [32 cms deep] are four red bands of small scale red patterning (supplementary weft), separated by three thin yellow, red and black bands with chevron and rhomboid shapes (tapestry weave). The yarns have been left loose at the back. Warp tightly twisted with a knot at the end.
