Wayang klitik, also known as a Krucil Gepeng puppet. Made of carved, painted, and gilded wood. The support rod for the arm is made of horn and attached with fibre.The arm is made of hide. The central rod was cut off at some point; one arm and its support rod are missing. There is a fibre tassel at the end of the rod. The character is of a popular hero called Ranggalawe of Tuban. The figure wears an elaborate headdress, as well as luxurious trade-textile-patterned skirth-cloth and trousers. The downcast face indicates a refined nature.

The writing on the foot says 'Ranga Lawe Toeban.' Toeban is the old Dutch spelling of Tuban.
Ranggalawe died in battle with the main villain Menak Jingga. His wife is the character Prameswari of Tuban.
