- Curator's comments
-
The somewhat greater height of this bracelet shows off its stone to advantage. It has a strong sensuous quality, which was presumably one of its attractions in its time. The central hole has been drilled from both sides and ground smooth. Two fairly large chips in the stone on its edges have also been polished smooth. See Rawson 1995, p.147, cat.no.6.2.
