Cast copper alloy image of Sarasvati seated side-saddle on her owl vahana, set on an oval base. She is depicted two-armed and carrying a ?lotus blossom in her left hand and a lidded vessel in her right. She is crowned and has a peacock feather set in the front of her headdress. The oval base, the owl on which rides and the goddess herself are all cast separately.
