Cylindrical teapot with a slope to the shoulder and curved spout; two ring attachments on the shoulder for the handles, and a flat cover with a ridge round the top. Made of tan/brown zisha clay from the Yixing kiln sites. Cover has single impressed seal with the size of the pot. Base with a narrow rim and square seal in the centre with broad border of dots and fret work.
