A scene from the play 'Mimasu no Date-zome', from the production at the Nakamura theatre during the first month of Kaei 6, depicting Ichikawa Danjuro VIII (who played nine roles) as Sanshichiro Yoshitaka (left), in a black robe holding an open fan, and Seki Sanjuro, Ichikawa Kodanji IV and another actor (right) all in brown robes.
