A small popular print depicting a Christian cross carved into a wall in the Shrine at St Thomas' Mount, Chennai (Madras). The cross is set in an arch held up by pillars surmounted by mythical animals from whose mouths the arch emerges. Above the cross is a globe surmounted by a dove with outstretched wings. Above the arch is an inscription in Tamil.
