Betel box made of lacquered and woven bamboo and decorated in the yun (incised) technique with the za-yun pattern (chequer-board design). It has an inscription integrated into the pattern on the top of the lid. There are two internal trays with floral scrolls, central roundels with hamsa (goose) birds, and concentric circles.
