Miniature betel box with two internal trays, made of woven and coiled split bamboo, lacquered in red with yellow 'chilli-seed' dotting, and with the lid decorated in the ku-nan kan byat design in the yun technique. All the interiors have a good plain red lacquer finish. Evident signs of use (lime or thanaka visible inside) and of wear (signs of rubbing on inside of lid and of drum, and chipping on lid and tray). One internal tray.
