Lacquer manuscript made of lacquered, woven cloth (textile). In the shwe-zawa technique of gold on lacquer; gilded. The two covers are made of carved wood. The leaves have Burmese writing. The covers are decorated with hintha birds (hamsa; sacred goose) and minor deities in attitudes of homage.
