This example, as well as 1939,0311,0.7.27 and 28, is drawn in a very European style, so it is not possible to identify which sculpture precisely it represents.
There are examples of Surya driving a horse-drawn chariot from the Dieng Plateau dating to the 8th century in the National Museum in Jakarta.

There is an ink version (08.084) at the Royal Asiatic Society, in the Baker Collection. It looks lighter and less finished compared to the BM version. It only has a few pencil annotations: "Surya" below the image and "Published 1817. c.c. No 20".

There are two versions at the British Library. WD955 f.91, from the Mackenzie Collection, is a pencil and ink version.WD958 (251), from the Horsfield Collection, is an ink version that looks the most different out of all the versions cited (BM, RAS, BL). The design on the wheels look the most different and the chariot doesn't have details beyond the basic shape. 1939,0311,0.7.26 (BM), 08.084 (RAS), and WD955 f.91 (BL) look like similar copies; the chariot, the wheels, Surya and his seat have similar details.
The BL database notes that both versions at the BL are of sun chariots from Ungaran (Central Java).
