Sketches for illustrations to the Vimalakirti Sutra showing figural scenes, including Mañjuśrī on the way to visit Vimalakirti, and Vimalakirti on his sick-bed. The inscription in the central piece on one side contains the text of a dated letter, unrelated to the sketches. Ink on paper.
