The performance concluded with an auspicious dance sequence in which Miyagino is carried in a palanquin by two bearers, who reveal themselves to be charcters from the main play in disguise. (Label copy, TTC 1995)

The part played is Uguisu no Jirosaku, a palanquin bearer, from a 'joruri' (recited drama) inserted into the same play as nos 141-2. Kanya is shown twisting his body in a dance he performed in this episode. The signature is 'Painted by Toshusai Sharaku'.
