Canoe model of birchbark, with splint lining, and carved thwarts, gunwales, attached with iron [?] pins, and later commercial twine binding. The relatively sharp bow and stern [profiles] are bound with split root [?]; the hull is decorated in an all-over scratched design, assymetrical, but mostly bold double-curve motif designs, including on one side lanceolate leaves filled with cross-hatching.
