Roach spreader or rocker with two imitation eagle feathers. Feathers attached to a wood block element with metal wire and masking tape, held suspended above the painted leather base/head attachment. The leather attachment has shoe laces hanging down, in order to tie on the head, and the leather is painted with a faux quillwork/beadwork design. There are two elasticised bands suspending the wooden block between the wire support, to provide the desired 'rocking' effect. Part of an ensemble of powwow regalia.
